- Relay and Contactors concept, Structure of PLC and its wiring technique through NPN and PNP types.
- Understanding PLC symbols
- Software Installation (WPL SOFT, ISP SOFT)
- Creating communication between Software and PLC.
- 2 wire and 4 wire system.
- Introduction to analog and digital sensors
- Creating a PLC program, Hardware configuration
- Upload/ download a program in PLC.
- PLC programming with examples, Latching and interlocking (Task Based).
- Use the PLC tags in the tag table for addressing the instructions
- Methods of by passing
- Timers ON delay, OFF delay and time accumulators, Example of Timer program
